Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days after purchase.

Made in Modest offers free standard domestic shipping on orders of $99 or more.​ Delivery takes approximately 2-7 business days.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

A valid phone number and email address is required. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay or non-delivery of your order. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any issues.

Return-to-sender 

We are not responsible if the order is refused. Pleasecheck all your details at checkout. We do not alter shipping addresses. If your package has been returned to us, we are happy to resend it back to you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

Once your package is handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. Please contact the shipping company responsible for delivering your package. This information is available in your shipping confirmation email. You may file a claim with their company and must follow their process.

International Shipping Options

We currently do not offer international shipping but we are working on it.

What happens if my package is not delivered due to an incorrect address?

If a package is not delivered due to an address mistake, it will be returned to our facility. Once it arrives and is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email notification from us regarding your store credit only, no refunds. You can then place a new order using the correct address (additional shipping fees apply). Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable, only the actual price of the item as store credit.
